Account Deletion
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Ludoria account, what happens to your data, and how you can cancel a deletion request if you change your mind.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account directly in the Ludoria app:
-
Open the Ludoria app and go to your Profile
-
Open Account
-
Select Delete account and confirm your request
After confirming, you will receive an account deletion confirmation email at the email address associated with your account.
2. The 30-Day Grace Period
Your account is not deleted immediately. From the moment you submit the request, a 30-day grace period begins. During this period:
-
Your account remains intact and no data is removed
-
You can cancel the deletion request at any time
-
Once the 30 days have passed, your account and personal data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
3. How to Cancel a Deletion Request
There are two ways to cancel a pending deletion request during the grace period:
-
Log back in: simply signing in to your Ludoria account automatically cancels the deletion request
-
Use the email link: the confirmation email includes a button to cancel the deletion request without needing to log in
If the grace period has already ended, the deletion cannot be undone and you will need to create a new account.
4. What Happens After Deletion
Once the grace period expires, your personal information (such as your username, email address, name, and profile) is permanently removed or anonymized, and your active sessions are terminated. This action is irreversible.
